Jerry Miller, an attorney, is the recipient of three Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) asset management awards of over $270 million in commercial properties located throughout the country. He managed or owned commercial property in fourteen states including multi-family units, Section 42 Housing, hotel/motels, office, retail and other properties valued at over $150 million. He has been involved in real estate management services for over eighteen years and was co-founder of Miller Nolan Real Estate. Community Association Management Certification.
Joy Peters, Vice President
Joy Peters has been active in the Property Management Industry for 18 years. She has worked with Condominium Associations for the past 9 years and is CAI certified. She also holds an ARM-Accredited Residential Manager certification as well as a CAPS (Certified Area Property Supervisor) designation.
Tonya Gilley, Director of Accounting
Director of Accounting Services including payroll administration, operating statements, government reporting, projections and budgeting. 16 years accounting background. Tonya has been designated Community Association Institute Manager.
Lauren Miller, Human Resource Director
Serving over 20 years as Human Resource Director, Lauren previously held the position Human Resource Director for a major local bank with 9 locations.
Sean Schickedanz, Regional Supervisor
Sean holds a Bachelor\'s Degree from the University of Missouri and a real estate license in Missouri. He has been involved in Property Management for the past 11 years and works directly with the on-site staff.
Samantha Gwin, Regional Supervisor
Samantha has been with Signature Property Management since 2002. She has been actively working in the multi-family industry for 11 years. In her role, Samantha assists in strategic planning and implementation, and focuses on training and developing the Management team to improve overall performance within the company\'s portfolio of assets. Samantha has extensive experience in managing and marketing properties of all types, and at all levels of performance and market position. She has completed the requirements necessary to be a Certified Area Property Supervisor (CAPS).
Vickie Talley, Regional Supervisor
Vickie has been in the real estate industry for 27 years. She started in the field by selling real estate and later moved to managing apartment communities, then multi-site condominium properties. She currently is a licensed mortgage originator in the State of Missouri.
Carmen Nowell, Payroll Administrator
Carmen joined the Signature family in early 2011 and comes with over 18 years of experience in payroll administration, employee relations, office administration and accounting. She provides payroll administration for all Signature employees and ensures timely and accurate compensation and distribution. Carmen also offers support to 13 separate properties within the Signature Portfolio regarding accounts payable and vendor selection. She has the experience and continues to be educated on the ever changing employment and tax law as well as FMLA and Cobra and employee benefits.
Melissa Barnes, Lead Accountant
Melissa Barnes has had over ten years of experience in the Accounting field. She is currently responsible for preparing and distributing financial statements for both the apartment and condo properties, as well as the day to day accounting procedures for the properties.
Ralph Thomas, Executive Assistant
Ralph holds a Bachelor's Degree from Kansas State University and has been involved in Property Management for the past 12 years. Prior to coming to the Home Office, he worked onsite as Leasing Agent then Assistant Manager. Ralph's duties include assisting executive staff with special projects, performing accounts payable duties and customer assistance.
Amy Alexander, Executive Regional Assistant
Amy has worked with Signature for the past 18 years and has held property manager positions for both apartment and condominium communities. Her current position entails assisting the Executive Staff and Regional Supervisors with accounts receivable, customer communication, market research and event planning.
