This person's skills must have electrical, plumbing, make ready, HVAC, and general carpenter experience.   • Maintenance Technician
    Full-time maintenance technician needed for a luxury high-rise condominium located on the Plaza in Kansas City, MO. We offer an outstanding work environment with great benefits and wages.
    The ideal candidate is self-motivated, efficient, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and well-spoken with excellent customer service skills.
    Key Responsibilities:
    * Complete work orders and other property maintenance projects in a timely manner.
    * Maintenance technician is required to rotate on-call availability to respond to emergency phone calls during weekday evenings and weekends.
    * When on-call, answer the emergency call and arrive to the emergency within 30 minutes.
    * Required to be on property for snow removal when experiencing winter weather.
    Requirements:
    At least 3 years of Maintenance Technician experience in multi-family housing
    HVAC Certification
    High Rise and/or building plumbing knowledge and experience
    Knowledgeable in all areas of property maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and pool maintenance.
    Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
    Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    Furnish own hand tools
