Jerry Miller, President An attorney, Jerry has been in property management for over 25 years.  He has been President of the Heartland Apartment Association and on their Executive Board for over 2 years.  Jerry has been designated a Community Association Institute Manager.

Joy Peters, Vice President Joy has been involved in residential management for the past 16 years including on-site leasing and management, regional supervisor and Director of Property Management. Joy has been designated Community Association Institute Manager as well as an Accredited Resident Manager Certification (ARM).

Tonya Gilley, Director of Accounting Director of Accounting Services including payroll administration, operating statements, government reporting, projections and budgeting. 16 years accounting background. Tonya has been designated Community Association Institute Manager.

Lauren Miller, Human Resource Director Serving over 20 years as Human Resource Director, Lauren previously held the position Human Resource Director for a major local bank with 9 locations.

Sean Schickedanz, Property Supervisor Sean holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Missouri and a real estate license in Missouri.  He has been involved in Property Management for the past 10 years and works directly with the on-site staff.

Sam Gwin, Regional Supervisor Samantha has been involved in Property Management for the past 8 years and works directly with the on-site staff.

Laura Pyles , Regional Supervisor Laura has been involved in Property Management for the past 12 years and works directly with the on-site staff.
